Password Seeing Tempe the Size of Bricks in Legi Ponorogo Market

Pojok Nasional. Legi Songgolangit Market became the first jujugan arrival of Sandiaga Uno on Bumi Reog. The excitement ensued when Sandi greeted his nickname, got out of the black car and entered the market on Friday (12/21/2018).

In the market, Sandi had a dialogue with the traders. Starting from vegetable traders, tempeh and pedicab drivers. Sandi joked to find a tempe the size of 'brick'.

"This is the 'brick' tempeh, the size is this much," said Sandi while showing the tempeh sold by the merchant.

Sandi also had a dialogue with the Tempe traders asking about the price of tempeh now. The traders 'wadul' (complaining, red) complained about the price of tempe currently increasing by 15%.

"Tempe has increased from Rp. 6 thousand to Rp. 7 thousand," he added.

According to him, this increase has become a myth at the end of every year basic needs. This is also found in Legi Songgolangit Market, Ponorogo.

Sandi said the price of shallots from Rp. 20 thousand / kg rose to Rp. 25 thousand / kg, garlic Rp. 8 thousand / kg to Rp. 14 thousand / kg, chicken meat from the price of Rp. 27 thousand / kg to Rp. 35 thousand / kg and eggs from Rp. 21 thousand / kg to Rp. 24 thousand / kg.

"Actually, there are 2 things that can overcome the problem of rising basic needs. First, secure supply and distribution chain is simple, open and fair. This has been implemented in Jakarta, where prices are stable. If here the business world and the government have not been implemented," he said.

While Sandi even when visiting traditional markets can be the main focus of the economic movement. At present it is felt unfair in competition because of the emergence of many modern markets.

"If elected, we must make regulations, 30: 70, 30% for the modern market and 70% for the traditional market," he concluded.
